Jason joined SolPacific in 2018 and serves as the CFO and COO. Jason has provided tax advisory services to the company since its inception through his previous role as senior manager of tax services at RSM US, LLP.
In his nearly 15-year career at RSM, Jason served some of the firm’s largest clients and quickly became their trusted tax advisor. Jason takes a client-centric approach to tax advisement and has assisted multiple businesses with complex compliance issues, acquisitions, dispositions, transactional structuring, and exit strategies. He also served as RSM’s tax location leader in Duluth, MN, managing a tax practice of nearly 30 employees.
Jason is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and a master’s degree in business taxation from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, where he graduated with honors.
